If you haven’t worked in care before, but have experience of caring for a family member or friend – we have a limited number of roles available, please contact the team for more information. Please note that it is important that you are fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English. We require flexibility in terms of location placement which could be anywhere within England or Scotland. You will meet people from all walks of life, including academia, business, politics, the farming community and the world of the arts. This is a great opportunity to get the feel of the countryside or experience city life.

If we think you would make a great addition to our team we will make you an offer, which is subject to us receiving your references, and successfully clearing the police checks for England (DBS), Scotland (PVG) and also your countries of residence. The administration and cost of the DBS and PVG checks are deducted from your first months’ salary. We recommend that you provide us with the checks from your countries of residence, although we can administer these for you if required. We also request two written and two verbal references.
Upon a successful appraisal, we will secure your job with a UK Care Home or Provider who would then give you an employment and Sponsorship letter which is suitable for visa application in your country of residence. Our international Recruitment Team are on hand to help you with all necessary visa assistance.
Our international Recruitment Team are on hand to help your pick up and UK accommodation arrangements. You will then be invited to join our 5-day induction programme which will be held in London after which you will start your placement. We provide an ongoing mentoring throughout your placement.
We use a very vigorous method to vet, train, mentor and recruit highly qualified Senior Carers and Nurses. Our international recruitment team work with UK Care Homes to recruit overseas Carers (as well as get Carers who are currently in the UK). Our unique and continuous mentoring ensures that our placements remain a valuable benefit to the homes.
We have special access to recruit overseas Carers from Africa as well as Africans in the UK as effective Carers for employments through Care Homes and Health Care Providers.
